D-Tex (short for Dallas, Texas), was a young rapper and producer in the early 2000's, based in Clearwater, British Columbia, Canada.

He was known for his lo-fi recordings and DIY approach to the music industry, which was not at all uncommon among independent musicians of the Pacific-Northwest at that time.
